Sublimation Printing Technology

Sublimation printing is a digital transfer technique that uses high temperatures to transform solid dyes into gas. This allows the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers directly, ensuring the design becomes part of the material rather than just sitting on the surface.

Technical Process

• Printing: The design is first printed onto specialized sublimation transfer paper.

• Heat Transfer: High temperature and pressure (approximately 180–200°C) are applied.

• Sublimation: The dye turns into gas upon heating and permeates the polyester fibers.

• Fixing: Once cooled, the vibrant graphics are permanently embedded within the fibers.
